Northern Liberties’ iconic Second Street corridor of cafes, galleries, restaurants, and coffee houses. You can no longer say it’s up and coming. It has surpassed all expectations and set its own standard as the destination for art, food, and beer and is known for its thriving nightlife. If 90s nostalgia were a neighborhood, it would be Northern Liberties. Artists began packing up their brushes and bringing their expertise to Northern Liberties in the 90s to chase the low rents.
