The name of this town comes from the hill where the Philadelphia Museum of Art lies. That hill was almost the grounds on which William Penn’s house would be built. The Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, the Rodin Museum, and the Franklin Institute make this one of the most captivating areas in the city.
